Kundalini Yoga has changed my life.
Not in a dramatic, overnight way — but through a steady process of clearing, remembering, and rising into more of who I truly am. Through this practice, I’ve been able to release self-sabotaging patterns, expand my awareness, and begin living from a place of deep alignment. But even more importantly — Kundalini Yoga was the doorway to my daily meditation practice, which I’ve been devoted to for over years now. It’s through this consistency that I’ve found true change.True peace.True connection to something bigger.
And this is why I created the Blissful Academy.

I’m here to share this powerful, ancient, Tantric science —not as a theory, but as a living, breathing practice. As a real tool to support real lives. To help you feel clearer, calmer, more connected, more ourselves.
Because this is not just a physical practice. It’s a spiritual technology — designed to awaken the energy that already lives within you. It clears what blocks you. It expands what’s true. It supports your soul.

A 6-week transformative journey through Kundalini Yoga and embodiment.

honoring what you truly feel and want?

I won’t promise you that you’ll completely get rid of the people-pleasing pattern - this is often a deeply rooted part of who we are and how we’ve learned to relate to others.
What I can promise you is that, through this journey, you will gain a much deeper understanding of your own behaviors, begin to see where they come from, and learn why it can feel hard to truly stand for yourself. Most importantly, you will expand the sense of safety in your nervous system, so that setting boundaries - even small ones - starts to feel more natural and calm.
This 6-week Kundalini Yoga program is an invitation to that journey - releasing old patterns, rediscovering your authenticity, and reconnecting with your inner voice. Through yoga practice, meditation, and mindful exercises, you will gradually create space for the real you - the version that no longer needs to hide or suppress the truth.

about sessions
- Format: Live, interactive Zoom sessions, each class will take 75-90 min
- Schedule: Fridays, 9:00 AM Lisbon time
- Duration: 6 weeks (one session per week, plus one week break for individual work with homework materials)
- Recordings: Each class is recorded and available for 30 days, so everyone can complete all the practices even if their weekly schedule is busy.
- In addition: Homework materials for individual practice & opportunity to ask questions and get support between classes

Sessions are held weekly on Fridays at 9 AM Lisbon time.
The program consists of 6 sessions held on Fridays at 9:00 AM Lisbon time. .

Participation guidelines
After filling out the registration form, you will be redirected to the payment link.
Registration for a programme is possible until 7:00 PM (Lisbon time) the day before the session.
After the live practice, you will have access to the class recording, which will be sent to you the next day.
