Step 1: Opening Conversation

STEP 2: Comfort & Relaxation
You’ll settle into a comfortable lying position (ideally Savasana/corpse pose). Use pillows or blankets to feel fully supported.
STEP 3: Healing in meditative connection
As you rest, I’ll enter a meditative state, merging with the Sat Nam Rasayan energy field. This ancient practice works subtly withconsciousness to dissolve blockages and restore harmony. You might feel warmth, lightness, or deep calm – simply surrender tothe process.
STEP 4: optional closing reflection
After the session, we can briefly discuss your experiences if you’d like, but there’s no obligation to share. Healing often continues unfolding after the session ends .
