This journey combines weekly live sessions with an optional 15-minute daily mantra and pranayama practice.
The weekly live classes are the foundation of the program.
Together, we will practice, move through resistance, deepen the process, and reconnect to the intention behind your commitment.

The daily practices are offered as additional support for those who wish to strengthen consistency and build a sustainable habit between sessions.

Easy to integrate into everyday life.

You will still benefit from the program by attending the weekly sessions alone.

What if I can’t attend live?

All sessions are recorded and available for replay, so you can practice in your own time and move through the program at a pace that works for you

A sacred space for inner transformation, energetic awakening, and conscious living.
Kundalini Yoga and subtle practices has changed my life.
Not in a dramatic, overnight way - but through a steady process of clearing, remembering, and rising into more of who I truly am.
Through the practice, I’ve been able to release self-sabotaging patterns, expand my awareness, and begin living from a place of deep alignment.
But even more importantly - Kundalini Yoga was the doorway to my daily meditation practice, which I’ve been devoted to for over years now.
