A 5-week journey through the practice of Kundalini Yoga
Everything you need is already within you.
Prana is the vital life energy present in all beings.It is the force that animates them. It moves everything—both physical and psychological, including our thoughts.
It is constantly moving through the body: through breath, digestion, attention,emotions, and daily choices
When the pranic body is stable, the nervous system feels supported, and energy can circulate without overwhelm.
When this energy flows with awareness and containment, we feel grounded, steady, and alive. When it becomes blocked, scattered, or leaked through chronic tension, over-efforting, or unconscious patterns, we experience fatigue, depletion, or inner noise.
This is why cultivating the pranic body is a foundation of sustainable practice.
The main intention of this program is to build a stronger Pranic Body.
When the Pranic Body is strong:
- prana circulates more evenly,
- less energy is lost through tension and reactivity,
- the aura becomes more stable,
- more life energy is available for daily living.
Kundalini Yoga works by elevating and purifying energy that already lives within us.
Nothing is added.
Nothing is forced.
What is present becomes clearer, more available, and more integrated.
This 6-week journey explores pranic intelligence - how energy moves, where it gets lost, and how to support its natural circulation without pushing or overstimulation.
We work with refinement, regulation, and energetic economy.
It is an invitation into subtle but profound change - greater coherence in the nervous system, clarity in how you use your energy, and a grounded sense of presence in daily life.

Why practice Kundalini Yoga & embodiment ?

Kundalini Yoga works by shifting how we relate to ourselves and to life.Through consistent practice, awareness expands, the nervous system becomes more regulated, and energy that was bound in survival patterns becomes available again.
As this happens, perception changes.We begin to move from reacting to life to participating in it consciously - from feeling like victims of circumstances to becoming creators of our own experience.
