A 10-week transformative journey through Kundalini Yoga and embodiment.

✨ What would it feel like to live with deep inner trust and confidence - even when uncertainty arises?

✨How would it be to trust life again, to soften the walls built around your heart,
and to feel safe in your body, no matter what comes your way?

✨ How would it feel to live from love instead of fear - to move through challenges (or how i like to call it - opportunities to growth) with grounded presence, instead of control, resistance, or anxiety?

I won’t promise you that you’ll never feel fear again - fear is part of being human.But what I can promise is that you will begin to relate to it differently.


Through this journey, you will start to recognize how fear lives in the body, how it shapes your choices, your breath,
and the way you love. You will learn how to meet it - not with judgment, but with awareness.

Step by step, we’ll expand the sense of safety in your nervous system, so that trust, openness,
and love can become your new baseline.

This 10-week Kundalini Yoga & Embodiment program is an invitation to return - to your body, to your breath, to your truth.
To release the patterns that keep you in survival mode, and open to the energy of love that has always been within you.

Through movement, meditation, mantra, and Inner Alchemy practices, you will awaken your life force, strengthen your courage, reconnect with your inner guidance and remember what it means to live from the heart.

  • Schedule: 9 AM Fridays
    ✨ 9 live Kundalini Yoga online classes
    ✨ 1 Inner Alchemy embodiment integrating session
  • Recordings: Each class is recorded and available for 30 days, so everyone can complete all the practices even if their weekly schedule is busy.
  • Opportunity to ask questions and get support between classes
  • Safe community space for reflection and integration

The program consists of 10 sessions held on Fridays at 8:00 AM Lisbon time. .

Kundalini Yoga has changed my life.
Not in a dramatic, overnight way - but through a steady process of clearing, remembering, and rising into more of who I truly am. Through this practice, I’ve been able to release self-sabotaging patterns, expand my awareness, and begin living from a place of deep alignment. But even more importantly - Kundalini Yoga was the doorway to my daily meditation practice, which I’ve been devoted to for over years now. It’s through this consistency that I’ve found true change. True peace. True connection to something bigger.
And this is why I created the Blissful Academy.

I’m here to share this powerful, ancient, Tantric science - not as a theory, but as a living, breathing practice. As a real tool to support real lives. To help you feel clearer, calmer, more connected, more ourselves.

Because this is not just a physical practice. It’s a spiritual technology - designed to awaken the energy that already lives within you. It clears what blocks you. It expands what’s true. It supports your soul.

• You’re curious about Kundalini Yoga, whether you’re a complete beginner or a practitioner of other styles like Hatha or Ashtanga etc.

• You feel that yoga is about more than just the physical body, and you’re ready to explore the energetic, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

• You’re looking for tools that actually help you deal with life, emotions, patterns - not just on the mat, but every day.
